First Holy Communion • First Holy Communion for our little ones is next Sunday at 11am. Little ones have already been instructed about proper dress and arrival time. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early as seating usually goes quickly and many pews will be reserved for the first communicants. Non-flash photography from the pew will be allowed, but a professional photographer will photograph the Mass and each child’s reception at the kneeler.

Diana Zacarias • All are asked to redouble their prayers for our parishioner Diana Zacarias and her family. Diana has been missing since April 3. She was vacationing for Spring Break at the Grand Canyon. Our Lady of Guadalupe, Pray for her!
Ministry to the Incarcerated • Each week, we have the privilege of going to the local detention center to pray with the incarcerated. About twice a month, Father offers Mass. On the other weeks, a lay person from our parish leads the men in prayer and distributes Holy Communion. Please pray both for the victims of crime and for those incarcerated. If you are interested in assisting our outreach, please contact the office. Also, if you know of someone incarcerated in Louisiana, please contact our office and we will ensure they are accorded ministry in the facility in which they reside.
Knights of Columbus Weekly Bingo • The Knights of Columbus #1357 host weekly Bingo nights every Wednesday beginning at 7pm and on the second Sunday of every month at 2:30p. Proceeds from these events go to support all of our local Catholic Churches, St. Mary’s School and other worthy causes like the Special Olympics, N.A.R.C. and the Women’s Resource Center. All are welcome.
Protect Our Children • If you know of anyone in this parish potentially harming children, call (318) 445-1427 or visit DioceseAlex.org/Safe-Environment. Documentation, policies and procedures are available from the office or at the back tables in the Church.
